  • Post your opportunities in 12twenty: submissions are easy to post and are visible to current MBA students and recent alumni, including our May 2025 graduates.
  • Browse resume books of active job seekers in 12twenty: use filters to identify candidates by program, experience, or interest area—then reach out directly to connect.
  • Partner with your relationship manager: we can help amplify your job posting, connect you with the right audiences, and provide support on messaging and outreach.

For Early Planning and Fall 2025 Hiring

As you build your 2025-26 recruiting strategy, our Recruiting Kickoff Guide includes everything you need to get started:

Submit your requests in 12twenty as early as possible. Students, including incoming MBAs, will have access to the platform throughout the summer, and fall scheduling is first-come, first-served.
