We’re thrilled to welcome Christina Nguyen to the Rice Business Career Development Office as our new Associate Director of Employer Engagement. With more than a decade of experience in career development and a clear passion for empowering students, Christina brings both expertise and heart to our work—and we’re lucky to have her.

In her role, Christina will serve as a relationship manager for the finance services and investment banking industries, helping to connect our talented Rice MBA students with top-tier employers and long-term career opportunities. Her commitment to building strong, strategic partnerships will be a key asset as we continue to expand our employer network in Houston and beyond.

She will also lead the coordination and execution of our career trek program, which offers our students firsthand exposure to industries, organizations, and alumni communities across the country. With her at the helm, we’re excited to take this signature experience to the next level.

Before joining Rice Business, Christina spent 10 years sharpening her skills in career advising, employer engagement, and marketing strategy. She also held a leadership role as the NACE Affinity Group Co-Lead for Colleges with Populations under 5,000—showcasing her dedication to inclusive, student-centered programming.

Christina holds both an MBA and a BA in Business from the University of Dallas and even studied abroad in Rome—an experience that reflects her global mindset and love of learning.
