As a volunteer Corporate Ambassador, you will serve as a vital liaison between visiting recruiters and the CDO Employer Engagement team. This program gives first-year Full-Time MBA students exclusive, early access to company representatives while serving in an official student leadership role that represents the best of Rice Business.

What Will I Do?
Ambassadors help create a warm, professional, and seamless experience during on-campus and virtual recruiting events. Key responsibilities include:
- Host assigned events, including corporate info sessions, coffee chats, industry weeks, and alumni panels.
- Greet employers and help them feel supported and welcomed on campus.
- Introduce recruiters to attending students and setting a positive, professional tone.
- Assist CDO staff with student check-in, logistics, and event flow.

- Required Training & Orientation: Monday, August 31, 2026 (3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
