Welcome to the Hybrid MBA Community!

Welcome to the Hybrid MBA career community at Rice Business!

As a Hybrid MBA student, you have access to a full range of career development services, including career advising, workshops, networking events, employer engagement opportunities, and curated resources designed with your experience in mind.

Because your path may differ from other MBA programs, we’re here to help you craft a career strategy that fits your goals.

To be eligible for on-campus recruiting, you’ll need to complete the CDO Async Career Toolkit for Working Professionals, a self-paced career prep course available in Canvas.

The course outlines the full process and requirements, including specific assignments and a one-on-one intake appointment with a career advisor. Completion of this toolkit is required for recruiting approval.

If you plan to participate in on-campus recruiting after Launch, please email Tiffany Stott directly. The course will no longer be actively monitored following Launch, so reaching out ensures you receive the support you need to stay on track.

Working full time while trying to navigate a career shift is challenging. Partner with the CDO to create a strategy. Please view the Career Development Office’s Working Professionals Recruiting Roadmap.

Please note: Due to the program’s July start and the timing of the second immersion, Hybrid MBA students are not eligible for internships. If you’re pursuing a career in investment banking, we recommend applying to the Full-Time MBA program.
