Head of Banking Portfolio Management
Wilmington, Delaware
What will you be doing
- Lead the Deposits & Loans portfolios by developing of acquisition, marketing, pricing strategies that attract and retain customers while ensuring programs deliver their growth & financial return commitments
- Deliver the financial performance associated with our Banking strategy for US Consumer Banking – converting the vision into action plans for diversifying the USCB business and delivering over cost of capital returns
- Be an execution-oriented innovator to help shape our product roadmap and execute on plans that support our transformation agenda
- Influence organizational alignment around Banking portfolios, ensuring diversification products have fit for purpose support from the business and supporting functions
- Collaborate on the development of partner banking capabilities that will allow USCB to offer a full banking suite to existing and future credit card relationships
- Work closely with Finance and Treasury on forecasting, planning, and pricing
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Past or current banking and/or credit card P&L ownership
- Experience leading customer acquisition programs, delivering against financial performance objectives, and installing best practices for repeated success
- Experience building consumer banking products & customer strategies, defining transformation initiatives and executing against them
- Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment and deliver through other functions

- Ability to influence and negotiate with MD-level professionals
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills that demonstrate ability to balance and manage diverse stakeholder interests

Where will you be working
Located on the Wilmington Riverfront, our US Consumer Bank headquarters boasts onsite amenities such as a full-service café, coffee bar, health care center, and gym. Our recently renovated facilities include modern, ergonomic stand-optional workstations and plenty of comfortable collaboration space. Our operating model is currently hybrid with colleagues coming into the office Tuesday through Thursday. We’re located right off Route 95 with adjacent garage parking and are just a short walk along the river from the Wilmington, DE train station which supports Amtrak and SEPTA rail lines.
