Job Location: Hershey, PA
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Voice of Sales within all interdepartmental forums to include IBM Process (Promo/Merch, Seasons, Innovation) reconciling with Brand, Commercial Planning and Demand Planning
- Internal expert on assigned Customers, understanding key Customer strategies, success metrics, programs, and syndicated purchase/shopper data
- Lead of everyday and seasonal executional strategy (trade, product allocations, etc.)
- Support Customer Teams in an entrepreneurial role focused on monthly/annual Sales volume estimates, analyze and identify opportunity areas to improve Sales forecast accuracy, Annual Planning bottoms-up Building Block by Customer creation, feeding insights to the broader Org strategy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Customer teams and Customer Planning on Sales & Trade estimates
- Develop strategic linkage from Company to Customer Plans and coordinate resources
- Understand and analyze data from Customers to identify opportunities and make fact-based strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Category Mgmt and Insights to develop, communicate, and utilize channel, customer, and shopper strategy and execution
- Reconcile Key programs, innovations, seasons (Vol Val through retail execution).
- Annual Planning Model strategy and follow-through for the total Sales Planning department – and reconcile with Commercial Planning.
- Focused Sell / Waste lead on behalf of Sales.
- Lead direct report Sales Planning team

QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, etc.):
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience. Preferred Experience: 5+ years of sales, planning, supply chain and/or marketing experience
