In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex mobile strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence mobile app strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to management on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years Mobile app product management experience
- MBA preferred
- Experience with digital software product management in the financial services industry
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to execute a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- 3+ years of experience in creating strategy/vision level presentations
- Lead other members of team and clear roadblocks
- Technology and Design expertise desired to lead features from vision to implementation
Job Expectations:
- Work location; 3 days in office and 2 days remote (San Francisco, California, New York, New York, and Charlotte, North Carolina)

Base Compensation Range:
San Francisco, California: 115,900.00 – 206,100.00 USD Annual
New York, New York: 115,900.00 – 206,100.00 USD Annual
Charlotte, North Carolina: 96,600.00 – 171,800.00 USD Annual
Pay Range
$96,600.00 – $206,100.00
