A one-year leadership program for high potential MBAs, our program includes Global Induction with CEO, chiefs, and senior leaders, unique market immersions across our global business, a Global Capstone Trek focused on our Sustainability initiatives, robust learning opportunities including Innovation training, Marketing Academy & Negotiation training and outstanding leadership development from an Executive Coach and Senior Alumni Mentor.
Our 10-12-week Summer Internship Program is our pipeline for full-time program, and the best way to get to know who we are and what we stand for. Our GMBA interns complete a strategic project with the opportunity to present to leadership at summer’s close. We place our interns in roles in a variety of functions – Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement & Sustainability, Supply & Logistics, People (HR), Solutions (Technology), Legal & Corporate Affairs, or ZX Ventures (global growth and innovation group within AB InBev).
AB InBev MBA Summer Internship Requirements:
- First year MBA candidate.
- Authorization to work permanently in the country of internship and full-time placement.
- Minimum of four years work experience (typically 4+ years on average) in any relevant business function or demonstrated ability to move into a new function with ease.
- Global mindset (international experience or cross-cultural exposure).
- Consistently curious, have an open mind, are inquisitive, want to know “why,” and have diverse interests.
- Comfortable with collaboration and operating in a team-based environment, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions.
- Consistently questions the status quo, seeks opportunities to improve processes.
