SUMMARY
The Manager Finance FP&A will contribute to a team that leads all facets of the annual financial budget, recurring forecast, and the long-range financial planning processes. This position will lead the preparation of monthly operating expense forecasts by managing various financial models and collaborating with the rest of the FP&A team and other partner functions. This position will also be responsible for supporting the Company’s management reporting and financial analysis efforts to consolidate financial results and provide senior leadership with accurate and meaningful financial information.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage the monthly operating expense forecast for total organization through preparation of financial models and collaboration with finance and other partner functions
•Track financial results and perform financial analysis that will deliver insight and recommendations to our executive leadership team for strategic and operational planning decisions
•Contribute to the consolidation and analysis of management reporting results, monthly forecasts, and the annual budget for senior leadership
•Partner with other finance cost centers to provide financial results and analysis for their cost centers
•Complete requests for ad-hoc financial information from senior leadership and other partner functions as needed
•Perform analysis on foreign exchange impacts
•Help build a world-class FP&A organization by developing, standardizing, maintaining and driving continuous improvement of all financial tools and planning processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A
•Comfort dealing with various financial/reporting tools
•Exceptional interpersonal, relationship development, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
•Ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommended actions to all levels of the organization, using negotiation, persuasion, and discretion to accomplish objectives and deliver results
•Ability to drive projects to completion in a complex, deadline driven environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Understanding of financial processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting. Professional qualification such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus
•Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle Planning Systems (Hyperion) is highly desirable
