Job Requirements and Qualifications

Successful consulting intern candidates are:

-Pursuing a Master’s degree at an accredited college or university in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Behavioral Economics, Finance, Organizational Development and Change or Human Centered Design
-Anticipating a December 2021 or May 2022 graduation date
-Achieving a 3.0 GPA
-Prior interns or associates in the healthcare industry (preferred)
-Intellectually curious self-starters with the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible team environment
-Experienced leaders in student or volunteer organizations
Desired skills include:
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Superb problem-solving skills using logic and data
-Critical thinking and analytical skills
-Data analytics and data visualization skills
-Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience with Visio
-Process improvement, including problem definition, measurement system implementation, data analysis, application of process centric methodologies/tools; Six Sigma certification preferred
-Project management, including project plan development, time/budget management, risk management, template development, milestone tracking
-Change management, including application of ADKAR change management principles
