Company: Mission and Culture
Global organizations face an urgent, complex human resource problem: how do management teams address employee mental and behavioral health issues impacting productivity and safety when work forces are internationally dispersed and culturally diverse? This issue is further exacerbated by a mental health care system that has become fragmented or even nonexistent globally due to COVID disruptions.
Current solutions developed through digital mental health business models are not oriented to diverse or international work forces, are not evidence-based, or clinically tested, and do not address efficient, wholistic care in a scalable model.
CETA Global offers a centralized, evidence-based, clinically tested solution for global organizations looking to address productivity and performance impacted by mental/behavioral health concerns across an international work force. CETA (Common Elements Treatment Approach) is an innovative way to address multiple problems at once, cutting down on costs and increasing efficiency and effectiveness. This new model of mental health care delivers an internationally scalable solution for the modern global organization.
Our team is comprised of a small, diverse group of passion-driven professionals laser focused on positively disrupting mental/behavioral health treatment. Many of the team are faculty at Johns Hopkins and/or business professionals with 20+ years’ experience. If you are seeking an exciting start-up environment and the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a global change movement, CETA is the place for you.
