Multifamily Investment Sales Position, Houston, Texas

 KET Enterprises Incorporated specializes in the brokerage of apartment properties in Texas. 

Since 1990, we have sold approximately 700 complexes with total sales volume in excess of

$6 Billion, along with Retail Malls, Hotels, Mobile Home Parks, and other types of real estate.

We are seeking an MBA candidate, who is interested in an apprenticeship program to fully

learn how to evaluate, and market investment real estate, primarily multifamily assets.  The

desired candidate must have good social and communication skills, be willing to reach out to

clients via calling, social media, email, and internet marketing with the objective of meeting

buyers and sellers.

Our current investment team consists of me (MS Rice, MBA U.T.), and Hashir Saleem (B.S U

of Houston, Rice MBA, with me 11 years) and maybe you!  Our office staff of analysts and the

receptionist has been with us 21 years, 11 years and 2 years, respectively.  Ideally we are looking

for a life time associate!
