Customer & Community Manager (full time, contractor, or intern)

We create and sell SaaS software solutions to enterprise customers all over the world, including OpenResty Edge for traffic management, OpenResty XRay for software profiling and troubleshooting, as well as OpenResty Showman for generating videos from screenplay documents.
Our teams are mostly working remotely.
* Help handle incoming English-speaking customer leads worldwide (pre-sale), schedule intro/demo meetings with prospect customers.
* Customer relationship maintenance & customer success planning & execution.
* Manage company’s social media accounts and open source community channels, manage interactions and feedback, review & sync new posts and new videos.
* Good English writing & speaking.
* Basic technical & Internet background.
* Self-motivating, creative, and energetic.
* Fast learner, reading lover.
