Hiring teams include: – Vertical Solutions – Ads Compliance and Privacy – Creative Experience – Search Ads – Measurement – Brand Innovation Responsibilities: – Work with product managers to launch products and optimizations based on market requirements and data analysis. – Partner with cross functional business teams, including engineering, data science, product marketing, sales, to understand product and the needs from business and consumer perspectives. – Support the goal of responsible development of TikTok’s ad products by planning product vision – Own the product strategy and execution for features and products designed to support our users at each step of the process, improving user experience and conversation rates. – Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally. – Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations. – Assist with the long-term product development plans and collaborate with the user product team to provide users with a more complete and smooth TikTok experience.
– You must be a first-year student currently pursuing a full-time MBA. – Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2022 – Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment. – Related experience in digital product industry area is a plus. – Strong data-driven mindset and strategies to solve complex problems. – Excellent track record in multinational/functional team communication. – Familiar with Internet industry and/or digital advertising industry. – Strong self-motivation, result-driven, ability to influence others.
