What you´ll do
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a SAP RISE Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing SAP RISE programs and joint GTM with SAP Partners, ecosystems with a laser focus on Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Hyperscalers,. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA PCE ecosystem initiatives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive SAP RISE growth through partnerships with SAP Partners and ISVs.
- In collaboration with Partner Ecosystem Success, Identify and engage with potential partners, evaluating their suitability and alignment with RISE business objectives.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA PCE and future cloud operating models, in order to effectively communicate and engage with partners and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP RISE partner strategies with overall business objectives and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for partnership expansion and growth, and work closely with ISV and hyperscalers to develop and execute joint RISE business plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Handle pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Embrace new challenges and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, even with limited guidance.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the SAP ecosystem.
- Demonstrated direct or indirect experience working with SAP Partners and the ecosystem, specifically with ISVs.
- Good understanding of SAP RISE or SAP S/4HANA PCE and related software solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP Software partners and their offerings in relation to SAP RISE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through ambiguity and changing business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 51,000-68,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
